FUNDRAISING GOALS

PHASE ONE

TOPSOCCER

US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training program for all athletes with intellectual, emotional, and or physical disabilities. The program strives to provide soccer opportunities (the opportunity of soccer) for players to develop at their own pace in a safe, fun, and supportive/inclusive environment.

TOPSoccer was formed to perpetuate the US Youth Soccer mission statement which is, in part, “to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of America’s youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition.”  This Outreach Program for Soccer enables children under 19 with physical and or intellectual disabilities to play the game of soccer.

In partnership with ALL-IN FC TN we will initiate our inaugural season beginning Spring of 2021, lasting 8 weeks. We are currently searching for coaches and volunteers for the upcoming season.

PHASE TWO

INDOOR FACILITY

Turf facilities are located around the state but are primarily seen in metropolitan areas.  This leaves a large gap in the Upper Cumberland region, disabling smaller communities from playing soccer year-round. The Joseph Warlick Memorial Foundation will be partnering with ALL-IN FC TN to accomplish this project. Our goal is to have a turf facility to house our TOPSoccer program and also to be used by the communities in the Upper Cumberland region.
